David, this an awesome first strip. I can tell this will be a lot of fun to read…
It seems to be in the same satirical vein of parody as “Brewster Rockit: Space Guy” — which is a good thing, by the way.
Great beginning; although I am not sure that a tax accountant would be wearing his helmet in the office. At least not when there are no customers around.

And Don, funny you caught that too … Bill wears the helmet as a way to “feel” like a barbarian to some degree… if he can’t be one (yet) at least he can wear a really cool looking helmet with horns on it!
