Don’t know if the hypno plates needed hiking, but I guess it is the thought that counts.

Her boobs called an audible!

If I ever hear a sound that sounds like Hike from a pair of boobs, I will be going away very fast.

I would never have guessed that the best line I’ve read in any webcomic today would be “Hike!”. Breaks me up all over again each time I read it. (Not to mention the other effects.)

There’s only one way (that I can think of just now) to improve hypno plates: They should be bullet proof. And what do they use in banks (and stores in some areas) that’s bullet proof? That’s right! Plexiglass!

that lip-licking, determined/excited look on her face in panel #3 … clearly she has eyes focused on that wedding cake. mmmmmm. cake. large. allllll to herself …….
bet she hasn’t foreseen the results of Bill getting wind of cake. and that’s assuming Vexxar’s “cake-dar” doesn’t pick up from a hundred million parsecs away.
it’s so veeerry wrong of me to be turned on by Gina as a vampire/biker chica. and I want this funny/wrong feeling to never go away.

After reading LOB Vol. 1, I’ve noticed something. David is adding more articulation to his characters’ hands and fingers than he used to. Look at the characters in this strip and then look at the banner above. Look at the earlier strips again. Most characters’ hands could be mistaken for Frank’s ears in the earlier work. Now, we are seeing more expressive hands–an advancement in body language that I approve.

A metal pushup bra sounds plain wrong. But oh so right at the same time.
