Holy Macinolli!!! I saw those two hooded figures (one with dark pigtails) in the tavern two strips ago and thought, “could that be…?” and then said, “naw.” And it was!
Anyway, is this the first *internet* humor for LoB?” (two if that sign behind Craven says Ye Olde App for the iPhone.”

Panel 2 looks awesome!
I love The Little Blue Guys bottom left

WOW ! That second panel is totally awesome !
And astonishing funny too
On the contrary, I find that the joke in panel 3 is a bit lame … but it works anyway

*BAM* that’s the sound of me getting hit with so many pop culture references at once. Well done David!
So where can I buy the Ye Olde Phone to run the Ye Olde App while I eat a McDragon grilled sandwich at the McTavern?
So.. exactly how long have Rod and Barry been around “studying” us? Didn’t realize they were here since medieval time. What did they do before TV was invented?

LOVE Panel 2 David! Is that David the Gnome, btw? And do I see Larry?!

… ahhh, panel #2 ,,I’m not even gonna start!
FAR too busy to find Waldo in that, what with a dynamite plunger connected to only one cable (so far) that leads to …? Suspect it’ll get busier soon. Official statute for removal of people trespassing on the grass? Oh, not gonna start on panel #2 …? I lied.
Dark Gina seems to be about 1/2 cup size larger on the left. I’m sure it’s just perspective, but I still seem to have caught my eye on that.
heh heh! Frank the Smurf-colored Dragon. I think we should taunt him for a long time over that. Separated at birth? A tattoo that got out of control? Hope there’s a worthy story behind it …

so we have smurfs with a dynamyite trigger, the roaming gnome, some guys i know i may have seen in another comic or something and what looks to be a sewer beast

Mace Windu: Where?
Dark Queen Gina: Get him!

Man, Panel two is awesome. It’s great to see that many characters on one panel. I’ll bet that was fun to draw. It’s a blast reading it today, looking closely at all the different characters in the foreground, background, stage left, stage right….my eyes are going crazy. Lovin’ it, absolutely lovin’ it.

Ah!… I rember the good ol’ days when people didn’t block each other out… They held love for each other, even if less… But the youth of today, bah. They get everything. Stylish clothes, hair paint, evil kingdom of darkness to rule upon. They just don’t learn how to be nice. Very sad.

Well, consider where “the wench” is right now…I wouldn’t want any magical being tracking me right then and there either.
March 8th, 2010 at 1:57 pm
I’m just a bit concerned that we can see into the ladies room of the McTavern thru the window. Just saying.

The two that haven’t been named already are Lupin Lightfingers (Carson the Muskrat) and Sir Billingsly (Igor) from Dork Tower.

Any chance of doing panel 2 in a LARGER version, Dave? There’s TOO much to look at there! And is that Cthulhu coming out of the sewer?
(BTW, 3X is right. Gina/Dark Queen DOES look a little…lopsided in panels 1 & 3.)
March 8th, 2010 at 4:34 pm
Where’s Waldo?
March 8th, 2010 at 5:11 pm
Very very nice my friend
March 8th, 2010 at 5:16 pm
Well, at least she’s not sending her a bunch of Mafia Wars requests…
March 8th, 2010 at 7:59 pm
Thanks so much for putting Larry in the strip! It is an honor!
March 8th, 2010 at 8:54 pm
Nice touch having Rod from Rod & Barry in panel 2.

Social networking awkwardness has been happening for centuries, and here’s proof.

I just don’t want Gina to find the DQ…she is so working that outfit.
*ahem**cough* What are those smurfs up to now?
Any bets on what Bill has for a pull list in the comics store?
March 9th, 2010 at 9:55 am
Looks like the smurfs are about to ‘asplode Gina…
March 9th, 2010 at 11:49 am
I also still get a good chuckle at Rod hanging out.
March 9th, 2010 at 1:05 pm
obviously, and going without saying, very nicely done sir
March 9th, 2010 at 2:03 pm
Ha!! GREAT comments, team! Thanks so much! It was SO much fuyn drawing the whole strip, but panel 2 in particular of course. The more I seem to go along, the more detail I seem to be adding, half the time subconsciously.
And yes, I think I need to give the Dark Queen a slight boob job - oops - LOL
March 10th, 2010 at 11:46 am
Tiddy Boom.
March 10th, 2010 at 11:49 am
I’m thinking the sewer monster is Schlock…?
